We offer Worldwide Shipping to: Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, Latin America, Australia/Oceania. Please note that actual International shipping rates will differ from automatic rates given on our website.
International orders are subject to additional shipping charges based on the size and weight of the item and the delivery location. For overseas shipping, please contact us via email for an international rate quote. The total invoice including shipping costs will be charged in advance.
We ship with multiple shipping carriers including UPS, US Postal Service, FEDEX, offering door to door delivery to places such as South Africa, WEST AFRICA, e.g Nigeria for your convenience. We can ship via ocean freight and air freight, both of which have their advantages. * In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it arrives. We will only charge you for delivery once per order.
We encourage you to order early during the holiday season, as we are sometimes delayed at that time. Please keep in mind that our processing time is provided as a guideline, it's not a guarantee.

** Credit Card: If the billing and shipping addresses are both the same, we will accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card.
PAYPAL
We receive payments via paypal for those International countries where paypal service is available for sending money to the USA. Click on the paypal website ( see link below) to find out if paypal service is available for your country: https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/
PAY BY INVOICE AND WIRE TRANSFER
Elise Charles accepts payments via invoice and wire transfer. Please note that this form of payment is only acceptable for certain minimum amounts and is used mostly for countries where paypal is not accepted.
International transfers take from about 1 day to 1 week, depending on whether they are sent as express or normal. It is important that you as the sender elect to pay all fees.
There are generally three main options available regarding fees:-
(A) Payer (sender) pays all fees.
(B) Payer and beneficiary respectively pay charges.
(C) Beneficiary (recipient) pays all charges.
We credit your account with the net amount we receive, so you will need to elect for option (A) which is for the sender to pay all charges. It is important to tell your bank this, as they may otherwise select one of the other two main options. Many banks assume option (b) by default.
**Please note that orders will not be processed if our bank's wire fee of $25 is not received with your wire transfer** Please email us at info@elisecharles.com for wire transfer instructions.
Before submitting your order request, please verify that you have created an account online with the following details:
* Your name or name of company
* Email address
* Complete delivery address
* Telephone number
* Your order number which you receive by placing the items you are requesting an invoice for in your shopping cart
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive your order request. Shortly after (usually within 24hrs), you will receive an email with your updated invoice as well as payment information.
TAX AND DUTIES - SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Please note that unless notified by us, you (the customer) are responsible for any customs tax or duties. Your customs agency will contact you regarding any duties for clearance. Elisecharles.com has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. In some instances, Elise Charles can deliver door to door including customs fees and clearance. Please contact us to find out if our customs clearance service is available for your country.
Customs policies vary from country to country; you should contact your local customs office in order to be fully informed. Please note we cannot be held accountable for delays in customs clearance.
ORDER STATUS
All orders that are shipped will be accompanied by an e-mail to confirm shipping. The e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address provided during the order process and it will include a tracking number.
ORDER DELIVERY
Delivery of your order can take anywhere from 5-21 business days depending on your location, and order processing time. Please add an extra 3-5 business days for us to process your personalized order before it is shipped out. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays. For Rush orders, please contact us for expedited shipping rates and options.

Return Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with your order, please call customer service (1-215.395.6096) within 10 days from the date of shipping to arrange for an exchange or refund. Branded, custom orders, made to order items or personalized items cannot be returned.
