  Q: When is the best time to order Christmas Decorations?
A: Production or delivery delays can be avoided by placing your order prior to September 15th.

Q: What is normal delivery time for Christmas decorations?
A: Manufacturing time, plus transit time via Air freight can approach 4 to 6 weeks after September 15th during peak season. Standard delivery to Nigeria is within 3months via ship.

Q: Does Elise Charles take care of all functions in the lighting process: creation, assembly, maintenance and dismantling?
A: Yes. That and much more, everything depends on what our customers might ask for. Only your imagination limits what is possible to illustrate in lights. We offer maintenance services after installation which includes upgrades on power supply, security and periodical maintenance of installed lights.

Q: What are my payment terms?
A: We accept payment via bank deposit - 80% of total costs due upfront, 20% balance due upon delivery.

Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?
A: Yes, all quotes include any Government mandated taxes.

Q: How much will the freight charge be for my order?
A: Charges vary depending upon volume and circumstances of your order. We search for the lowest least cost method to deliver your order safely and quickly.

Q: Do you customize designs or create special designs?
A: Yes! Many of our customers wish to personalize their displays. Our innovative team is available to design a unique display to your specifications given ample time frame for production.

Q: Are your products UL approved?
A: All products are UL approved, or made from UL approved components.

Q: What kind of power supply will the lights require?
A: All our lights run on 240volts and the wattage range from 50watts up to 2000 watts. We would require generators or a direct power supply source to power the lights.

Q: Is there a Warranty?
All lights are built and guaranteed to weather the elements with a 2year warranty from the manufacturer which covers the repair or replacement of any faulty lights provided they have not been tampered with. Warranty does not cover damaged goods, and shipping costs.
